The Resurrection: Hoax, Heist or History?

One of the central beliefs of Christianity is that Jesus rose from the dead. But did that really happen – and how can millions of people across the world believe that it did?

In this talk, Dr Peter Williams looks at the nature of miracles and objections against the resurrection, as well as exploring historical evidence from the New Testament and other ancient texts. He also shows that the narrative surrounding Jesus includes remarkable teachings and storytelling genius which contribute to the coherence of Christianity and the historical reality of Jesus.
